Jill Beck serves as the Associate Vice President of Financial Aid Advising. She has more than 15 years of customer service, staff development, and recruitment experience, and has been with APUS since January 2011.
Ms. Beck is passionate about educating underserved students, peer mentoring, and ensuring quality assurance.
Ms. Beck has spearheaded the transition of the Financial Aid Customer Service Team to the Financial Aid Advising Team, emphasizing one-contact resolution and student financial literacy. Under her leadership, the team has implemented quality and productivity metrics, introduced onboarding and mentor programs, and devised a comprehensive student outreach communication plan.
Prior to joining APUS, Ms. Beck worked at Captial Group as a Shareholder Services Manager.
Ms. Beck holds a B.A. in Psychology from Shepherd University. Her academic background and wealth of experience underscore her dedication to advancing both individual student success and organizational excellence.
